By requesting a commission, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. I reserve the right to decline any request for personal or professional reasons, without the obligation to provide an explanation.💰 PAYMENTS
All payments must be made upfront and in full through platform where you are contacting me. I will not begin the illustration until full payment has been received. Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, and additional elements.🖌 REVISIONS
Up to two revisions are included during the sketch stage. Major changes outside this stage or after the final illustration has been approved may incur additional fees. Structural changes are not accepted once rendering has begun, except for minor adjustments.⏳ TIMELINE & DELIVERY
Turnaround time may range from 1 to 8 weeks depending on workload and commission complexity. Rush orders may require an additional fee. Final delivery is digital, via VGen or email if previously agreed upon.📥 USAGE
Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. The use of my artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any profit-related purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit permission. Proper credit to the artist is required when sharing the artwork.📚 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my artwork, even after the sale. The client may not claim authorship or modify the illustration without my consent. I reserve the right to display the artwork on my social media or portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed upon beforehand.💸 REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued once work on the illustration has begun. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided. If the client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on prior agreement.💌 COMMUNICATION
All communication must remain clear, respectful, and within the platform (VGen or the agreed communication channel). Timely responses are important to avoid delays. If no response is received for more than 10 business days, the commission may be paused or canceled.
